Super easy assuming you have the smoked tuna.  If not, use my smoking recipe, then come back.  You just need 3 ingredients:



  • smoked tuna
  • sour cream
  • green onions

Chop up the tuna.  It’s a matter of personal preference, but I don’t like it too chunky.  I feel like if you chop it up finely, it spreads the taste throughout the dip better, but experiment to find what you like.

Chop up some green onions

Empty the sour cream into a mixing bowl, and add the chopped tuna and green onions.  Fold together until it’s all mixed up.  That’s it.  Serve with your favorite chips or crackers and enjoy!

NOTE – I did another version using whipped cream cheese, finely chopped jalapeno, and a squeeze of lime for equally excellent results
